When I formulated this first slogan in 2020 for the performance of DAWICON, I had one question in mind:
"What distinguishes successful from less successful companies?"
Admittedly, this is a question to which there are many answers. For me as an auditor who has seen many large companies from the inside and who later successfully managed a medium-sized company with >500 employees as CFO himself, it is above all the result of good cooperation between all departments and functions.
These Cooperation is reflected in the Key financial and performance indicators again! If you have them under control, you have your company under control. Can quickly and successfully counteract when things change.

DAWICON GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft was founded in March 2020 in Münster (Westphalia) and sees itself as an independent, solution- and goal-oriented management consultancy and auditing firm that operates throughout Germany.
The focus of the work is on the operational support of the management in financial and process topics. Our customers are usually medium-sized to large medium-sized companies, but also start-ups from the IT and technology industry.

The target company is an IT consulting company in the CRM solution environment. As part of the due diligence, we looked at the financial figures, the tax situation and risks. Special effects were "normalized" as part of our mandate.
The legal due diligence was carried out by an experienced lawyer with a focus on corporate law, financing and M&A. The focus of the audit was on corporate law, the examination of employment contracts and the random review of major customer contracts.
